I ordered two items in wo shipments from Net-A-Porter. These two shipments, with consigments number xxx and xxx, was promised me, twice on phone with DHL yeasterday, to arrive at my adress within 7 pm (3 March).
Lat time I was on the phone with DHL was at 4.52 pm, the call lasted 7.46 minutes.
I was at home all day yeasterday, also at 5 pm, and they tell me that the driver was at my front door at 5 pm and that he reported that nobody was home, when in fact I was at home!!!
I also have a dog that barks at any movement. There was nobody from DHL here yesterday. This is untrustworthy, and whem I pay as much as 50 Pounds in freight charges I`m displeased with your delivery policy.
I expect a refund of my freight costs.

They never showed up, so I called them, and the driver says he was here, but he was not! I had to stay home all day, because DHL was going to deliver my package.
I have paid as much as £50 in shippingcharges, so I do expect my delivery to show up when it`s supposed to!
This is not good enough, and I expect a refund of my shippingcosts."
